A simple and quick recipe SUJI BOBBATTU Ingredients: 1.Siji - 1cup 2. Sugar- 1& half cup 3. Eachi- 3 4.. Popping seeds- 2spoons 5. Maida - 1 cup 6. Oil - 1cup for mixing and frying 7. Turmeric power - Procedure 1. Make dough with Maida by mixing required quantity of water. 2. Add Oil and keep it aside for about 2hrs 3. In a pan heat the suji untill you get nice aroma 4. Boil Water & Add suji. Cook it until the cuistancy from you which you can make like boll 5. Add Sugar stir nicely to avoid lumps formation and allow it to cook 6. Once cooled make small bolls and stuffed in the maida mixture. Apply oil and roll it 7. Take a Banana Leaf or a thick plastic cover (Atta covers or Oil covers is good) Place the suji bolls or puran and cover it) 8. Heat the pan and fry the bobbatu with less oil 9. Your yummy tasty bobbattu is ready ENJOY
