Nutricook - 3I receipe- (3B - Bright Badam Burfi)


Thriple B Sweet - Bright Badam Burfi 
Main  3 Ingredients:
Badam
Ghee
Sugar

Procedure:
Soak about half cup of Badam in hot water for about 20mins
Peal off the skin
Grand Badam into fine paste.
Heat a a Nutricook pan and add ghee.
Once ghee is heated up add the paste.
Cook it for 5mins untill the raw smell evaporates.
Add sugar keep steering continuously to avoid lumps formation.
Once the mixture reaches the thickness turn off the flame.
Greece a place with ghee and transfer the sweet into plate.
During semi warm itself make the pieces of your choice shape.

Add Sugar and keep steering to avoid lumps.

 Allow the mixture to become a thick paste

 Apply ghee to a plate and place the mixture. Allow it to cool and cut into desire shapes. Today I have made square shape. You can choose to cut into round, oval or diamond shape of your choice.Image result for badam paste in a plate 
 Healthy, Simple yet yummy Badam burfi is ready to taste.

You can decorate with Badam, Pista or kesar of your choice.
